"Some of you know, but a lot of you probably don't know what my mission is. My mom suffered with diabetes for as long as I could remember, and up until two years ago she managed to hide her kidney failure until she couldn't anymore. My mom was 56 when she died. This April will be two years shes been gone. I started this business because all my mom ever wanted was healthy food that didn't taste like diet food. I promised her I would do right by her. Do we service body builders? Of course, but I wanted to take this opportunity to let the single mom, the police officer, busy college student.. know that if you struggle with eating healthy due to taste, we are here! I've struggled with my weight all my life, and I just want to give people what my mom and I never had; healthy food packed with flavor and love. I strive everyday to carry out my moms memory. Just know, this is what I live and work for."
